- Orders received by 12:00 will be despatched the next working day. International orders are only sent insured and signed for. For UK orders we off the choice of paying extra for Recorded or Special Delivery. Please note that there is an extra Royal Mail charge for Special Delivery on a Saturday. There are also times when due to industrial action or severe weather, Royal Mail reserve the right to not deliver packages within the agreed time! Your contract for the timing of the delivery is with Royal Mail and we cannot be held responsible for their failure to deliver on time when they have a disclaimer in place. - Returns & Replacements
- You have the right to cancel your contract with us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Items must be returned in original packaging in an unused and saleable condition to:Step Beyond, 11 Wrythe Lane, Carshalton, Surrey SM5 2RL A full refund of the goods and the outward carriage will be made on receipt via the payment method you used to pay for the items. We do not accept responsibility for the cost of return postage, nor do we accept responsibility for the items when in transit, and therefore recommend you get a receipt of posting. This does not affect your statutory rights
- Damaged or Faulty Items
- Limitation of Liability: By purchasing or using this traction augmentation device, you agree that the sole remedy for damages resulting from use of this product is the repair or replacement of defective parts. We. will replace defective parts within 90 days of the date purchased if the product is returned to the above address postage prepaid, along with proof of purchase or offer a full refund of the item and outward and return carriage. In no event shall the seller be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Limitation of Implied Warranties (Yaktrax)
- The warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular use are limited to use of this product as a traction augmentation device on outdoor ice and packed snow. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description hereof.
Warning: Although Yaktrax will aid in walking on ice and packed snow, Yaktrax will not eliminate the inherent risks of such conditions. When wearing Yaktrax, always exercise caution and reasonable care. - Ordering
- In addition to this online shop, we also accept creidt card orders via phone, fax and post. Customers can use the Printer Friendly form for post and fax orders. We also accept orders by post - cheques should be made payable to Specialist Ltd
